Massed band tunes will be: Scotland the Brave/Rowan Tree 4/4, Green Hillsof Tyrol/When the Battle is Over 3/4, Barren Rocks of Aden/Mairis Wedding 2/4, and Amazing Grace. We hope to have lots of local residents and visitors out for this exciting parade. Upon arrival at the parking area, bands must make their way by vehicle to the Centennial Field / Brennan Park competition area. Judges for the 2010 Legion Gathering will come from the Dowco Triumph Street Pipe Band. There will be a separate tuning/warm up area, as no non-competing playing will be permitted in the competition field. Band competitions will take place on the main competition field. After bands have registered, and as we approach the June 19th date, schedules and specific details, including order and location of events, will be provided.
